Our Returns Process

If you’re a retail customer and are experiencing a fault with your home coffee machine which isn’t covered by a manufacturer warranty our return and repair process is simple and secure.

How It Works

  • Complete our online contact form and submit to our care team.

    We will then be in touch to advise you if your machine is repairable due to age and available parts.

    A deposit payment will be requested before collection, which will be deducted from your repair invoice.

    Where repair is possible, DPD will be arranged to collect your machine. A one-hour time slot for collection will be sent to you via text message or email.

  • DPD will collect your faulty machine at the allocated time and date. They will place your machine into one of our sealed Swap-It Boxes ensuring your machine is safe and secure.

    Once it arrives in our warehouse, one of our experienced technicians will assess the machine and report the repair requirements.

    We’ll then be in touch with a cost for repair and ensure you’re happy for us to proceed before carrying out the repair.

  • Once your repair has been completed, we’ll fully quality-check your machine and then wrap it in heat shrunk packaging. This means that your machine will be returned to you fully sanitised and safety checked, ready for immediate use.

    Once you have paid the outstanding balance of the repair, your repaired machine will be returned to you via the same DPD method secure in one of our Swap-it boxes.

    Again, a one-hour time slot will be provided, so you know when to expect your repaired machine.

Time for a Service?

Much like a car MOT, the industry-standard recommendation for a coffee machine service is once every 12 months. This should help keep your machine in optimum condition and prevent any one-off issues or ongoing problems with your machine.
